GALLERY IMPERATO's mission is to show a wide range of contemporary, cutting edge artwork by local, national and international artists in a unique environment. Exhibiting work in all media, the gallery is devoted to providing viewers with innovative, challenging, and important work. The artists' represented by the gallery respond to current trends in contemporary art and culture. The gallery seeks to educate its viewers by creating a context for a broad understanding and dialogue in current visual art.
GALLERY IMPERATO is committed to working with collectors, both new and experienced, to assist in building the art collection of their dreams. Every effort is made to ensure that collectors find the work that best suits their needs, whether it be for pleasure or an investment. We offer a variety of services including private consultations, framing, and professional installation.
OUR LOCATION
Located at 921 E. Fort Ave. Suite 120 Gallery Imperato is housed in an architecturally unique 3,000 sq. ft. historic building, which has been renamed the "Foundry on Fort". Originally built as a metal foundry in the late 1800's, the Gallery is located next to the Wine Market & the Merritt Athletic Club in Federal Hill South & Locust Point, a neighborhood of South Baltimore. Situated in the corporate headquarters of Wireless Enterprises, Gallery Imperato is a joint venture between Wireless Enterprises, Ltd. and Pip Gal Art LLC.
